2. Fitness workout: see fitness circuit video below day 1. Aim to complete it 3-5 x over the 10 days.

Aim to complete this workout every second day, for a total of 3-5 x over the next 10 days.

Intensity: light / bodyweight (60-65%)
Rest: 1-2 min between sets
Tempo: moderate
