Monthly Group LIVE Sessions:
Monthly sessions will take place on zoom (you can download the app onto any smart phone or computer at: https://zoom.us/download
These sessions are usually held on the 1st week of every month, unless otherwise agreed.
If you can't make a session for any reason, then please email me any questions you have (& your monthly report below). A recording will be available upon request.
Monthly Progress ReportPlease download this file and complete it before every monthly session. It is an editable PDF so you can either save it to your computer then complete it or you can also print it out.
