How To Balance Sport and School, Studies or Work

For a lot of people, exam time, studying and work situations can be stressful.

Just about every sports person would prefer to be on the sports field than to be locked away in a room for hours on end cramming.

However, most kids and parents reduce or stop playing sport all together when the pressure hits, saying: “I am too busy” or “I need to focus” which is rather ironic.

What people forget is that sport can help us to get better grades, be more positive and stay focussed for longer, pursuing the challenging tasks. The trick is to get the balance right.
